Abstract<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

More than ever, companies need people who are recognized in their field and have a broad knowledge of markets, businesses and technology. <\/span><\/span><\/span>But how can I become such a recognized BA authority?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Business analysis enables change by first understanding and defining needs and then recommending solutions that benefit the various stakeholders. <\/span><\/span><\/span>That’s what BABOK is all about as a definition, and it fits in with what’s needed for success as you grow and evolve.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Business Analysis Authorities are active in various activities to define strategies, build business architecture, take leadership by defining goals and project requirements, or support the continuous improvement of technologies and processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Regardless of what business analysis calls, it remains more and more important in the rapidly changing digital world, where classic and agile approaches need to be combined and tailored to the actual context.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Victoria Cupet is an experienced coach, trainer, consultant, author and consultant with over 15 years experience in business analysis, process management and project management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Since August 2017, Victoria has strengthened the IIBA team as Regional Director for Europe. <\/span><\/span><\/span>IIBA and the European chapters as well as the chapters at the regional level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Being passionate about business analysis, Stefan Bossuw\u00e9 founded together with a small group of business analysis enthusiasts the IIBA\u00ae Brussels Chapter (covering Belgium and Luxembourg) in 2009, where he got appointed as Chairman.<\/p>

Stefan became in 2012 the very first Certified Business Analysis Professional\u2122 (CBAP\u00ae) in Belgium and Luxembourg. Rainer Wendt has been working in the IT business for over 25 years after he has studied electrical engineering\/communications engineering in Aachen, Germany.\u00a0<\/p>

Rainer Wendt is Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP\u00ae, Project Management Professional PMP\u00ae, Professional in Business Analysis PMI-PBA\u00ae and Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP\u00ae and holder of several other certificates in Agile and IT.
