There is a new kid on the block as far as roles and responsibilities in business agility are concern: The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Release Train Engineer (RTE),\u00a0the \u00a0servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Trains. Although SAFe trains are composed of self-organizing and self-managing teams, those trains don\u2019t drive or steer themselves on autopilot: an RTE can facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through SAFe trains and large solutions in an enterprise SAFe environment.<\/p>\n

BIOGRAPHY<\/h4>\n

Almudena Rodriguez Pardo, born in Bilbao (Spain), studied computer science at RWTH University Aachen (Germany) and started working for Ericsson in 1995. In the 22 years involved in the telecommunication sector, she achieved a strong technical background as a developer, quality coordinator and technical market support engineer in different organizations within Ericsson.\u00a0Furthermore, Almudena was strongly involved in the Agile transformation and DevOps deployment at Ericsson, and worked as an Agile and DevOps consultant for Ericsson customers.<\/p>\n

She is a well-known public speaker with international reputation at Agile and DevOps conferences, where she has been invited at Agile Tour London, Scan Agile Helsinki, Agile Practitioners Tel Aviv, Delivery of Things World Berlin, Agile Pep Minds Berlin, Conference Agile Spain , Agile Conference Austria, Agile Serbia Conference, etc\u2026 Furthermore, she contributes to the Agile community with publications like\u00a0\u00a0InfoQ<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
