microTOOL GmbH, Berlin

The Berlin-based microTOOL GmbH was founded in 1984 and conquered the market with software for structured analysis and system design. This was followed by solutions for object-oriented development, for applying and adhering to process models in project management (e.g. V-Modell XT, Automotive SPICE, PRINCE2 etc.) and finally for agile/hybrid project planning and control. Today, microTOOL develops software for integrated requirements engineering, business analysis, project management and development. objectiF RPM supports teams in agile yet comprehensible, secure and standard-compliant project procedures. From target, stakeholder and requirements analysis to architecture and code, the tool creates transparency – the basis for quality. Whether on-premise or in the cloud, objectiF RPM enables requirements engineers, business analysts, product owners, developers, system architects and developers to work together efficiently and seamlessly. The highly adaptable and scalable software is excellently suited for mapping and establishing individual processes and standards.

BPM&0, Köln

We’re into BPM. Business Process Management is not only our profession. But also our passion. We know: Successful process management does not only take place in flowcharts. But also in the minds of people and the way they organize themselves. On the other hand, the best organization is just as useless as the enthusiasm of the people acting when the processes are not right or the wrong software has been implemented. That’s why we pay attention to each of these aspects when we work with you on your process management: Processes, organization, people and IT. We do BPM 360 degrees, so to speak. BPM for people who want to be more than successful. Namely enthusiastic.
