ECBA Preparation Live Online

This live online course is ideal for a quick and efficient preparation for the ECBA exam.

Description

OVERVIEW

This online crash course is the fastest way to prepare for the IIBA ECBA exam. The four sessions include intensive preparation for the exam. We provide tips and strategies, and practical experience with the tools and techniques that are essential for the exam. Discussions of the extensive material, which covers all concepts and best practices of agile procedures, are enriched by individual work, group exercises, and practice tests.

ONLINE CRASHKURS

This online crash course consists of 4 modules of 3.5 hours each. The courses usually take place on consecutive Fridays either in the morning at 9:00 or in the afternoon at 14:00, depending on the arrangement.

We run our online crash courses with GotoWebinar. You will need a Windows PC, Mac, iPad or Android tablet to participate. Audio transmission can be via IP or telephone (via national landline numbers in many countries).

After registration you will receive your individual access data and two reminders shortly before the course sessions. Video recordings of the sessions will be available shortly after the event.

The contents are derived from BABOK Version 3; every participant should have access to a BABOK and ideally have already looked at it once. The theoretical content of the BABOK is practised in customised group exercises.

FORMAT

A combination of lecture, moderated discussion and exercises, and numerous practice tests contribute to a successful learning environment. Each participant will receive a comprehensive study guide, complete with detailed examples and realistic practice tests.
