This online crash course is the fastest way to prepare for the PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® exam of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. This certificate has a quite high level compared to other “agile” certificates and is therefore highly regarded.



This online crash course is the fastest way to prepare for the exam for the Project Management Institute (PMI)® certificate called the PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®. You will receive proof of 14 of the 21 contact hours required to take the PMI-ACP® certification exam of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. The four sessions include intensive preparation for the PMI-ACP® exam. We provide tips and strategies, and hands-on experience with the tools and techniques that are essential for the exam. Discussions of the extensive material, which covers all concepts and best practices of agile procedures, are enriched by individual work, group exercises, and practice tests.


This online crash course consists of 4 modules of 3.5 hours each. The courses usually take place on consecutive Mondays or Fridays either in the morning at 9:00 or in the afternoon at 14:00, depending on the arrangement. Please call us to request other tuimes or days of week.

We run our online crash courses with Zoom. You will need a Windows PC, Mac, iPad or Android tablet to participate. Audio transmission can be via IP or telephone (via national landline numbers in many countries).

After registration you will receive your individual access data and two reminders shortly before the course sessions. Video recordings of the sessions will be available shortly after the event.

This course is designed for agile experts who are qualified to take the PMI-ACP® certification exam.


Before attending this course, students should meet the requirements for admission to the exam:

  • 2,000 hours general experience in projects (in the last 5 years, PMP holders do not need proof)
  • 1,500 hours of experience in agile teams (in the last three years, in addition to the above 2,000 hours of general project experience)
  • 21 contact hours professional training (this course brings 14 hours)


A combination of lecture, moderated discussion and exercises, and numerous practice tests contribute to a successful learning environment. Each participant will receive a comprehensive study guide, complete with detailed examples and realistic practice tests.
